MISSION APPAREL SHIPPING
Shipping Rates & Processing:
• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout through UPS and USPS based on your shipping address.
• Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.
We only ship within the continental United States.
• No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
• Shipping time is estimated at checkout.
• Delays in fulfillment may occur, and we do not guarantee fulfillment within the estimated timeframe.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues with carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or SF Express.
Please Note:
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
APO/FPO & PO Box Shipping:
• Orders to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes are shipped via UPS SurePost.
• Transit times for these orders vary and are not guaranteed by UPS.
Damaged Shipments:
• For damaged shipments, please contact our Customer Service Team.
• UPS claims processing takes approximately 8-10 business days.

Shipment Confirmation:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
• You can track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.
