Shipping Rates & Processing:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout through UPS and USPS based on your shipping address.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.

We only ship within the continental United States.

No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

 Shipping time is estimated at checkout.

Delays in fulfillment may occur, and we do not guarantee fulfillment within the estimated timeframe.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues with carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or SF Express.

 

Please Note:

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

APO/FPO & PO Box Shipping:

Orders to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes are shipped via UPS SurePost.

Transit times for these orders vary and are not guaranteed by UPS.

Damaged Shipments:

For damaged shipments, please contact our Customer Service Team.

UPS claims processing takes approximately 8-10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
